We have 2 modes available:
Auto response mode: The AI will respond to questions automatically, replying in real-time with content aware responses to customer queries.
Suggestive more:
Instead of replying for you, the AI will suggest appropriate responses to questions based on the training information it has been given. Inside the dashboard, you can use these suggestions, edit, or regenerate alternative suggestions before confirming your response. This mode is ideal if you want to speed up your response time using AI but still want a human touch.
If you like the idea of having an all-in-one inbox but don't want the AI features, you can switch off the AI entirely.
The parrot can be used to auto-reply to messages via your Facebook business page, Instagram business page and can be added to your website as a chat widget.

The Talky Unlimited subscription is £69 per month. This means you can send unlimited AI generated messages through Facebook, Instagram and your website widget.
You'll also get access to our app meaning you can monitor conversations on the go, and manually reply to leads and customers if you want to take over from the AI.

Adding a phone number (optional) allows you to make phone calls and send text messages through Talky.
Each Talky phone number costs a monthly fee of $1.15.

We operate a pay for what you use policy (for SMS and email) so you're not hit with huge fees even if you don't use up your allowances. Simply add your credit card details, set a minimum credit balance, and how much you want to top-up when you drop below that balance. When you do, we'll auto-charge your card so you never run out of credits.

Training the chatparrot is straightforward. Our user-friendly interface allows you to input website URLs and Google Docs that contain information about your business. You can also add more complex questions and answers, which the bot will remember and reference during conversations.
You'll also be able to see the parrot's responses to any questions, so if you see something that isn't quite right, you can give that reply a thumbs down, and suggest a better response for next time.
Squawky waits for a configured amount of time to collect all messages in a conversation before responding, allowing it to understand the context better and respond to all messages in one go.
Yes, the wait time can be configured to as low as one second for the parrot to respond almost instantly. Setting it to around 10-20 seconds makes it feel a bit more human.
While Squawky excels at handling routine queries, it can be configured to escalate more complex issues to your human support team. This ensures that intricate matters receive the attention they deserve.
Yes, create a calendar inside Talky (sync it with your Outlook or Google Calendar) and our AI parrot can book appointments in your calendar and will even send automatic reminders.
